Los Angeles witnessed widespread festivities after the Dodgers clinched a thrilling seven-match World Series championship. Supporters worldwide united with Angelenos in jubilation, marking the initial time in 25 years that a team has achieved consecutive championships.
Celebration Parade Attracts Enormous Turnout
Local celebrations featured a downtown parade on Monday morning, a reserved-seating event at the team's home stadium, and impromptu gatherings across the city.
Online footage show thousands of Los Angeles residents flooding downtown streets, many carrying homemade signs and team flags. The team was seen riding high on a double-decker bus through the masses, hoisting the championship trophy proudly.
